Chen Fengyu is a Manchu artist,born in 1934 at the place of Harbing.She graduated from Shenyang Luxun Art Institute. Now she is a proffessor of Shandong Art Institute and vice-chairman of Shandong Woman Artist Association.She have embarked on art career for 40 years,in which as a teacher for 30 years, also is an educationalist.
