 Mr.
Xu Guowei, was born in Jinan city, Shandong Province.
He was edified by his family and had a deep love for collection of
calligraphy and painting, stone inscription
rubbings and stamp
books since his childhood. Through unremitting work, he
established Jyzarts Studio in 1990. Along with his management,
Mr. Xu keeps on studying knowledge on collection of calligraphy
and painting, thus enhancing his percipient ability and he has
great power of discrimination for artworks. The special stamp-
collections made by him has been awarded prizes in many
exhibition fairs over provincial level. The studio has collected
ancient stone inscription rubbings up to more than 15,000 kinds,
and original tomb stone inscriptions of Tang, Song,Yuan, Ming
Dynasties up to more than 100 pieces , along with calligraphy and

painting of celebrities up to more than 5,000 copies. Based on his abundant
experiences for collection, Mr. Xu
has written many books, such as "Catalog of Jyzarts Calligraphy & Painting"(I),"Jyzarts
Collection of Ancient
Calligraphy & Paintings"(Vol. of Yuan, Ming, Qing Dynasties), "Jyzarts
Collection of modern Calligraphy &
Painting", "100 Kinds of Stone Tablets of Han Dynasty/Guide on collection
of ancient stone inscription rubbings".
These books provide collectors in different walks with valuable, reliable
and abundant documents. Periodical
